I was absolutely blown away by the hydrotherapy spa at Secrets Moxché. 💦✨

The journey began with the soothing heat of the dry sauna and steam room, followed by an invigorating cold plunge. 🧖🏽‍♀️🧊 Then it was outside to one of the most beautiful hydrotherapy pools I’ve ever seen—surrounded by tropical greenery, natural stone and a wonderfully peaceful atmosphere. 🌿

Every section of the pool offered a different experience:

🫧 Foot hydro-massage
💦 Powerful jets for the back
🌊 A submerged massage lounger
✨ Shoulder and neck massage fountains
♨️ Blissfully warm hot tub

And just when I thought it couldn’t get any better, I relaxed on a gently heated tiled lounger with cool cucumber slices over my eyes while receiving a soothing mini head massage- the perfect finishing touch! 🥒😌

The experience was amazing, but I was equally impressed by the beauty and tranquility of the entire setting. This wasn’t simply time at the spa. It was a full sensory wellness experience…and absolute perfection.🤍

Travel Tuesday at the Valentín Imperial Riviera Maya 🌴✨

During my recent trip to Playa del Carmen for a luxury travel certification event, I had the opportunity to experience a resort site visit—and we toured three incredible properties in total! 🏝️

The Valentín was my personal favorite. 🤍 It had the perfect balance of a beautiful beachfront, inviting pools, excellent service and beautifully appointed rooms. I especially loved its romantic, old-world hacienda style and the lush, meticulously manicured grounds. 🌿✨

And that Dunas beachfront suite—with its beachfront and ocean views + private plunge pool—absolutely stole my heart! 🌊💦

✨ Travel Tuesday: One of New York’s Best Hidden Gems 💎

I recently stumbled upon one of the most charming corners of New York—the Hudson River Valley & Catskills—while attending a holistic retreat, and I can’t believe I’d never explored it before.

In just a couple of days I discovered:
🍷 Boutique wineries
🍺 Craft breweries
🍶 A sake brewery
👨‍🍳 The stunning Culinary Institute of America campus
🏛️ Vanderbilt Mansion
📚 The FDR Presidential Library
🌹 Eleanor Roosevelt National Historic Site
🌳 Rolling hills, river views, and so much American history around every corner.

Even my hotel was an unexpected gem! The Inn at Bellefield, right across from the Culinary Institute of America, was warm, welcoming, beautifully designed, and the perfect home base for exploring the area.

It’s one of those destinations that’s perfect for:
✨ A girls’ getaway
🍷 A wine weekend
💕 A romantic escape
🍂 Or a relaxing fall road trip.

Some of my favorite trips have been the ones I never planned…and this one definitely earned a spot on my list to revisit.

🍽️✨ Travel Tuesday: The Test Kitchen on Virgin Voyages 🚢

One of my favorite surprises onboard was The Test Kitchen—a restaurant that’s part dining experience, part culinary adventure. 🧪✨

From smoke-filled presentations to dishes that looked like one thing and tasted like something completely different (that adorable “corn” appetizer was actually truffle! 🤯🌽), every course was creative, beautifully presented, and absolutely delicious.

I love that the menu changes throughout the voyage, making each visit a little different and giving guests a chance to try something new. 🥂

And yes… the dessert was so good that I completely forgot to take a picture before eating it! 😆🍰
