We’re looking for a Licensed Esthetician to join us in Dublin, Ohio.

This is a flexible, commission-based W-2 position for someone who is excited to grow their clientele while being part of a collaborative beauty + wellness environment.

Services will include facials, lash extensions, lash lift + tint, brow tinting and brow lamination, with plenty of opportunity to collaborate on new services as we grow.

Balanced Beauty Collective provides the professional space, supplies, booking system and marketing support — without the overhead of going out on your own.

We’re looking for someone who is:
• Currently licensed in Ohio
• Professional, reliable and client-focused
• Comfortable building and growing their clientele
• Excited to collaborate and grow with a small business
• Experienced in esthetics, lashes and/or brow services
