Why has moringa become such a popular wellness plant?

Sometimes, wellness support can come from simple, nutrient-rich foods we can add to everyday meals. Moringa leaves are valued for their vitamins, minerals, and antioxidant compounds, making them a versatile addition to a balanced eating pattern.

✨ Food first, variety matters, and no single herb does it all.

Fertility isn’t influenced by just one habit.

Sleep, nourishment, to***co exposure, alcohol use, stress, and menstrual patterns can all be part of the bigger reproductive-health picture. If you have PMOS, paying attention to these everyday factors can help you identify areas to discuss with your healthcare provider.

You don’t need perfection. Start with awareness, small changes, and informed care. 💚

What makes D**g Quai notable in traditional herbal wellness?

For generations, D**g Quai has been used in Chinese herbal medicine, particularly in traditional approaches to women’s health and menstrual wellness.

But traditional use doesn’t mean it’s right for everyone. It can interact with medications and may not be suitable during pregnancy.

🌸 Herbal wellness is about knowing both the potential benefits and the precautions.

One thing I love to do is teach our community about herbal support. I had the opportunity to be a part of the activation table for The BeFruitful Conference and Warrior Walk. Here was my tea blending station where attendees got a chance to learn about herbs and create their own blend. Thanks Barren Fruit®️ for allowing us to be sort of such an amazing organization.

Thanks to Ifalana Ojegbemi Ifagunwa (Tami) for capturing the videos and images. I appreciate you sis. 🌿🫶🏾🩷

PMOS (formerly known as PCOS) can affect more than physical health. Research links PCOS with increased rates of anxiety, depression, and body image concerns.

Behind every diagnosis is a woman navigating her own experiences, emotions, and challenges. That's why mental and emotional wellbeing deserve a place in PMOS conversations, too.

Let's create space for understanding, compassion, and support. 🌸

There’s more to women’s wellness than the reproductive years.

Perimenopause and menopause can bring noticeable changes as hormone patterns shift. Black Cohosh is one botanical that has been traditionally used in herbal wellness during this stage of life.

But “herbal” doesn’t automatically mean suitable for everyone. Black Cohosh has been associated with rare liver-related concerns and may not be appropriate with certain medications or health conditions.

🌸 Knowledge matters when choosing natural wellness support.

🌸 Why the name PMOS?

PCOS has never been only about the ovaries. The condition can affect hormone regulation, metabolism, ovulation, menstrual cycles, fertility, and even skin and hair.

The term PMOS (Polyendocrine Metabolic Ovarian Syndrome) aims to reflect this broader picture.

And an important fact: the ovarian follicles associated with PCOS are not the same as conventional cysts. Plus, not everyone with PCOS has a polycystic ovarian appearance.

Understanding the name can help us understand the condition more accurately. 💜
