Missed The Pause Project? You haven’t missed your chance!

October is Menopause Awareness Month, and after such an incredible day at The Pause Project, we want to keep the conversation going.

Women deserve answers. They deserve to understand what’s happening in their bodies. And they deserve care that looks at the bigger picture—not just one symptom or one hormone level.

That’s why we’re offering a special $299 Pause Project Assessment for women who want a more comprehensive look at their health.

Here’s what’s included:
💚 Comprehensive labs evaluating hormones, thyroid, cholesterol, blood sugar, and insulin
💚 A DEXA scan to assess bone density and body composition
💚 A 90-minute appointment with one of our hormone specialists to review your results and discuss what they mean for you

No membership required. And if you choose to continue with care at Revitalize, your $299 assessment fee will be applied toward your first month of care.

Whether you’re navigating perimenopause, menopause, or simply wondering what’s going on with your body, this is an opportunity to take a closer look and have a conversation about your health.

You may have missed the event, but you don’t have to miss out on the offer!

Ready to take the next step? Give us a call at 801-999-8252 or send us a DM and mention this post to learn more about our special $299 Pause Project Assessment. We’d love to help you get started!

What an incredible day at The Pause Project!

We had such an amazing time at The Grand America Hotel connecting with women, answering questions, and being part of conversations that truly matter.

One of the most inspiring parts of the day was seeing so many women show up for themselves. Women seeking answers, learning about their changing bodies, sharing their experiences, and taking an active role in their health and wellness.
Because women deserve answers. They deserve to feel heard. And they deserve to know that feeling their best is still possible.

We loved seeing our co-medical director, Heather Reynolds, connect with women and help them better understand their hormones and the changes they may be experiencing. And our owner and medical director, Nikki Kelly, PA-C, did an incredible job sharing her expertise during the panel discussion on metabolism and body composition!

These conversations are exactly why we do what we do at Revitalize. We believe women deserve personalized care that looks at the whole picture—not just individual symptoms, but their hormones, metabolism, body composition, and long-term health.

A huge thank-you to The Pause Project for creating such a meaningful space for education, connection, and support. And to every woman who stopped by our booth, asked a question, shared her story, or simply came ready to learn: thank you for being part of it!

Menopause isn't the end of feeling like yourself. It's an opportunity to better understand your body, advocate for your health, and discover what support may be available to you.

Here's to women supporting women, asking better questions, and knowing they don't have to navigate this stage of life alone.

Couldn't make it to the event? We're still here for you!

If you have questions about menopause, hormone health, or where to start, give us a call at 801-999-8252 or send us a DM. We'd love to help you take the next step.

October is Menopause Awareness Month.

And we think that’s worth talking about.

Menopause is a major transition in a woman’s life, yet so many women are left feeling like they’re supposed to simply “push through” the changes they’re experiencing.

Hot flashes, sleep changes, brain fog, mood changes, shifting weight and body composition, changes in energy, libido, and more can all be part of the conversation—and women deserve to understand why these changes are happening and what options they have.

At Revitalize, we believe menopause care should be personalized and focused on the whole woman, not just one symptom or one lab value.

That’s why we’re passionate about creating more open conversations around menopause and helping women feel informed, supported, and empowered to make decisions about their health.

✨ And tomorrow, we’re bringing that conversation to The Pause Project!

We’re so excited to be part of this incredible event, where women can come together for expert education, honest conversations, and support as they navigate perimenopause and menopause. Our co-medical director, Heather Reynolds, and our team are passionate about helping women feel seen, heard, and supported through this stage of life.

Come see us tomorrow!

Berberine is having a moment—and for good reason.

This natural compound has been studied for its role in supporting healthy blood sugar regulation, metabolic health, and inflammation.

At Revitalize, we may incorporate berberine into personalized plans for women dealing with things like PCOS, insulin resistance, or weight optimization, depending on their individual needs and health goals.

And while it’s not a replacement for GLP-1 medications, it may be one tool to consider for someone who isn’t using a GLP-1 and is looking for additional metabolic support.

Curious if berberine could be right for you?

We’re getting closer! 👀

The Pause Project is just around the corner, and we’re so excited to be part of this incredible day for women navigating perimenopause and menopause.

Our Medical Director, Nicole Kelly, PA-C, will be taking the stage to talk about metabolism and body composition—two topics that can become especially important during midlife.

Because when your body starts changing, it can leave you wondering:

Why am I gaining weight when nothing else has changed?
Why does it feel harder to maintain muscle?
Why isn't my body responding the way it used to?

These are conversations worth having—and The Pause Project is bringing together experts to help women better understand what's happening and what they can do about it.

If your symptoms feel scattered—bloating, fatigue, skin issues, food sensitivities—it may be time to look at your gut health.

Leaky gut is more than just a buzzword. Increased intestinal permeability can be one piece of the bigger picture when it comes to digestive and overall health.

At Revitalize, we take a functional approach to gut health. We offer advanced gut testing and personalized protocols designed to help identify areas that may need support, address underlying contributors, and restore healthy function.

Because when your gut isn't functioning the way it should, you may notice it in more places than just your digestion.

Wondering if leaky gut could be part of what you're experiencing? Give us a call at 801-999-8252 or send us a DM to learn more about our gut health consults.

Breakouts after starting semaglutide or tirzepatide?

You’re not alone—and it’s not your fault.

GLP-1 medications can influence different systems throughout the body, including hormones, gut health, and metabolic processes, which may play a role in changes you notice in your skin.

We believe supporting your health goes beyond the number on the scale. That means looking at the bigger picture—including metabolism, nutrition, hormones, and skin health.

Because confidence shouldn’t come with a side of unexpected breakouts. ✨

If this is something you’ve been experiencing and you’d like support, give us a call at 801-999-8252 or send us a DM. We’d love to help you figure out what may be going on and what support might be right for you.

Something exciting is coming to Salt Lake City… and we’re proud to be part of it.

The Pause Project is bringing women together for a day of real experts, honest conversations, and practical answers for navigating perimenopause and menopause.

And we’re so excited to share that our Medical Director, Nicole Kelly, PA-C, will be taking the stage as one of the event’s speakers. ✨

Nikki will be speaking specifically about metabolism and body composition—two areas that can change significantly during midlife and often leave women wondering, “Why isn’t my body responding the way it used to?”

At Revitalize, we believe women deserve to understand what’s happening inside their bodies rather than simply being told to “eat less and exercise more.” There’s so much more to the conversation, especially when it comes to hormones, muscle, metabolism, and body composition.

The Pause Project is creating a space for women to have those conversations, learn from real experts, and walk away with practical information they can actually use.

We can’t wait to be there! 💚

PCOS can affect insulin regulation, inflammation, androgen levels, mood, skin, metabolism, and long-term health—not just fertility.

If you’ve been told to “just take the pill” or “come back when you’re ready for kids,” you deserve to have your whole health considered.

PCOS is a condition that can impact many areas of your health, and understanding what’s happening in your body is an important part of creating a personalized plan.

Have questions about PCOS or wondering where to start?
