Yoga Flow through sunset, then surrender into stillness.....
We’ll begin with an all-levels vinyasa by the pool-nurturing your body, building heat, and moving with intention. Then, we get in the pool. • Yep. Floatation noodles provided (or BYO floatie!) as I guide you through an extended Yoga Nidra meditation, with water gently holding you while you drift in rest. 🌀
