Good night. I love you guys.
There were two entrees to win a 60 minute Swedish Massage this month.
Jesse Costello nominated his wife, Hali Costello. He praised her for being āa hardworking stay at home mom thatās also earning her degree and feels this would be incredible for her. ā
Monica Lea nominated Micah Norgard š āSeveral months ago, Hesed Place put out a call for a volunteer yoga instructor for their ENGAGE Program, and Micah answered.
Recently relocated to New Bern and starting over, Micah is a Marine veteran and trauma-trained yoga instructor who specializes in Yoga Nidraāa deeply restorative practice that we honestly knew very little about before he joined us. Now, itās something we canāt imagine ENGAGE without.
Micah has given so generously of his time, knowledge, and heart to our community. He embodies the very heart of Hesedāloving kindnessāand continually creates a space where people can slow down, feel safe, and simply be.
It would mean so much to see this incredibly giving human being on the receiving side for a change. š
Micah deserves a little rest, restoration, and care of his own. A massage would be such a beautiful gift to someone who gives so much to others! š«¶ā
Since there were only two entries, I couldnāt pick just one! So for my inaugural monthly drawing of a deserving individual in our area, I am awarding both the free massage!!! Thank you both for your nominations.
The next drawing will be October 1! Keep the nominations and positive inspiring stories coming. š¤ Share the Beneficence Facebook and Instagram pages with your friends and have them nominate a deserving local individual on one of the sites.
