From behind the barber chair to sitting behind the desk of a Larimer County Commissioner, every experience is an opportunity to grow, learn, and lead.

During the Larimer County 101 course, I had the privilege of stepping into the role of a County Commissioner, sitting alongside Commissioner John Kefalas, and gaining a deeper understanding of how local government operates and the decisions that impact our communities.

As a local business owner, I believe leadership extends far beyond the walls of your business. It’s about being involved, understanding the needs of your community, and finding ways to make a meaningful difference.

The more we understand our community, the better equipped we are to serve it.

Grateful for the experience, the knowledge, and the opportunity to continue growing as a community leader.

Because real leadership isn’t just about having a seat at the table. It’s about what you bring to it.

Had an opportunity to tour the dispatch center at the Loveland Police Department via the Citizen’s Police Academy. These women are some of the hardest working people within the department. They are always looking for a few good men and women to join the ranks, as well.
