About the Opportunity

We are a established massage therapy practice in Bellevue seeking a skilled and compassionate Massage Therapist to join our team on a part-time basis.

You will initially work alongside the owner during a probationary period to ensure seamless integration with our valued clients and a great fit for ongoing collaboration.

Our clientele includes:

• Seniors
• Business professionals
• Professional athletes

The majority of sessions are conducted on-site at client locations for their convenience, though a fully equipped office is available when needed.

Preferred Qualifications
• Washington State Massage Therapist license (required)
• Malpractice and Liability insurance (required
• Experience or strong interest in advanced techniques
• Certifications or training in:
• Intra-oral massage (for TMJ and jaw-related issues)
• Fascial Stretch Therapy (FST)
• Spontaneous Muscle Release Technique (SMRT)
• Excellent communication skills and a client-centered approach
• Reliable transportation for on-site sessions
• Ability to build rapport with diverse clients, from seniors to high-performance athletes

Office Amenities (When Sessions Are In-Office)
• Electric massage table
• Towel warmer

• Scrapers and cups

Compensation and Benefits

• Probationary Period: Starting pay of $50 per massage hour. Non-massage time (e.g., travel, admin) paid at Bellevue's applicable minimum wage rate.

• Upon Successful Extension of Employment: Increased pay up, to $85 per massage hour, with potential for further growth based on performance and client feedback.

• Potential travel.

• Flexible scheduling to accommodate 10-15 hours per week or increase to your comfort level.

Requirements to Apply

• All candidates must sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) to protect client privacy. This will be required as part of the application process before consideration for employment.

• Professional references and proof of licensure/certifications.
