The FTC just dropped a bombshell on non-compete clauses, utterly BANNING them in a move that's going to send shockwaves through the salon industry nationwide. 🚫📜 This is MAJOR for stylists who've been tied down by predatory salon contracts that limit where we can take our talents next.

Here’s the scoop:

❗️Freedom to Move: The FTC says "no more" to contracts that stop us from joining a new salon or starting our own. Talk about a breath of fresh air! 🌬️

❗️Boost in Wages: They're predicting a wage increase for workers by about $524 a year. 💰
