The Upper Cut is looking for a Salon Support Team Member who’s friendly, dependable, organized, and ready to jump in wherever needed.

This role is a little bit of everything — welcoming guests, helping at the front desk, supporting our service providers, shampooing, keeping the salon flowing smoothly, and being part of the behind-the-scenes magic that makes our days work. ✨

We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, enjoys working with people, and wants to be part of a team they can grow with.

No salon experience? That’s okay. The right personality, work ethic & willingness to learn matter most to us!
