After a lot of prayer and excitement, my husband and I will be moving to Florida! While this is such an exciting new chapter for us, it also means things will look a little different for my business.

My last full-time day behind the chair in Alabama will be August 28th.

The good news is that I am not saying goodbye! I will be returning to Alabama one week each month to continue serving my existing clients.

Because my availability will be much more limited, all appointments will need to be pre-booked in advance. I also won’t be accepting any new clients from this point forward so that I can continue taking care of those who have supported me throughout this journey.

To every client who has trusted me with your hair, recommended me to your friends and family, cheered me on, and supported my business—thank you. Truly. You have allowed me to build a career that I absolutely love, and I am so incredibly grateful for each and every one of you.

It means so much to me that I get to continue being your hairstylist, even from a distance, and I promise I’ll do everything I can to make sure I can continue taking care of you.

It’s hard to believe The Modern Mane is turning ONE! What started as a dream has become something so much more because of every client, friend, and supporter who has walked through our doors.

We’re beyond grateful for every person who has trusted us this past year. Being the number one Salon in the Wiregrass for 2026 as our first year open is an absolute dream! Thank you for helping make our first year unforgettable. We can’t wait to see what the next year brings!
