✨ BODY WORK, but make it NEXT LEVEL ✨
I’ve added the Ashley Black FasciaBlaster/Nexcia technology to my tool belt, and I’m SO excited to start incorporating it into sessions. 🙌
This isn’t just relaxation — it’s targeted fascia work designed to help with:
• tension + tightness
• stubborn areas of inflammation
• circulation + lymphatic flow
• mobility + range of motion
• the “stuck” feeling in your body
Fascia plays such a huge role in how our bodies feel and function, and I’m excited to offer another tool to help clients feel looser, lighter, and more connected to their bodies. 💆‍♀️✨
If your muscles always feel tight no matter how much you stretch, or your body feels inflamed, heavy, or restricted… this may be exactly what you need.
Message me with questions or book online to try an Ashley Black Nexcia session for yourself. 🔥
