If you ever have an issue with a service you receive from us, PLEASE come directly to us. Seriously. We are grown women with phones, ears, and the ability to have an actual conversation. 😂

What we don’t need is a vague internet post, anonymous commentary, or a game of “let’s see how many people we can convince that Oasis is terrible” before anyone has bothered to tell us there was even an issue.

We genuinely want our clients to be happy. If something isn’t right, tell us. Give us the opportunity to hear you out, address it, and make it right when appropriate. That’s how adults handle business.

And as for last night’s little attempt at sabotage…

Well. That didn’t exactly go according to plan. 😂

Instead of hurting our business, it somehow resulted in multiple new waxing clients reaching out to book. So… thank you, I guess? 🥰😂

Apparently the internet has decided to advertise for us now.

We’ll continue doing what we’ve always done: taking care of our clients, standing behind our work, laughing at the nonsense, and staying in our little corner of the internet doing what we love.

But seriously — if you have a problem with us, come talk to us.
Don’t throw a rock and hide your hand.
