Life never slows down.
It will always teach you to move faster.

Unless you consciously rebel against it, you will become incredibly skilled at building a life, without ever slowing down long enough to actually experience and embody it.

You’ve optimized your mornings. Your workouts. Your meals. Your calendar.

You’ve done all the fu***ng things you’re supposed to do.

And somewhere in all that optimization, you forgot one relationship:

the one with your body.

You’ve done everything to it.

When was the last time you did something with it?

Your greatest life will never be built by abandoning the very body that’s meant to experience it.

But I am going to let you in on a little secret:
Sometimes the fastest way forward… is to stop rushing.

Not because the goal is to become slower.

The goal is to stop letting urgency make your decisions for you.

If rushing has become your default, slowing down immediately won’t feel natural.

That’s why we practice it in the body.

Yin asks you to stay.

Same poses. Longer holds. Less momentum to hide inside.

Instead of rushing toward the next shape, you spend enough time in one to notice what’s actually happening.

The practice isn’t forcing yourself to relax. It’s learning what happens when you stop immediately moving away from every sensation, pause, and empty space.

Six weeks gives you somewhere to practice that relationship again and again.

Until slowing down becomes something you know how to do, not something you keep promising yourself you’ll eventually do.

Let's get you in this 6 week reset.

DM me HURRY LESS for the link.

This 6 week reset is for you if…

●You’ve built a beautiful life, but you’re moving too fu***ng fast to enjoy much of it.

●You’re constantly “on,” and even when nothing needs you, your body doesn’t seem to get the memo.

●You’re brand new to yin and want someone who actually understands the body to teach you where to begin.

●You’ve practiced yin before and want a structured return to the fundamentals.

●You don’t want another person telling you to “just slow down.”

●You want a practice that teaches you how.

Let's get it. DM me HURRY LESS and I will send you the link.

Sometimes the fastest way forward is to stop rushing.

Not because slowing down is the goal. (We are trying to be Mavericks out here.)

Because slowing down lets you hear the part of yourself that's been buried underneath the urgency.

The part that knows what you actually want.

The part that makes better decisions.

If rushing has become your default, slowing down won't feel natural. It will feel unfamiliar. So this isn't about forcing yourself to relax. It's about giving your body enough time to remember it doesn't have to live in constant urgency.

The goal is to stop letting urgency make your decisions for you.

Because when you slow down long enough to hear yourself, you make different ones.

What actually deserves your energy.
What doesn’t.
What you want.
What you’re only doing because you’ve gotten very fu***ng good at doing it.

Hurry Less, Hold Longer is a six-week return to that relationship with yourself.

Not through mindset.
Not through motivation.

Through your body.

Somewhere along the way you learned that a good stretch looks a certain way.

Deep. Flat. Bendy. Someone else's mat, someone else's hips.

Your hips were never meant to look like anyone else's.

There is no right shape. There is only yours.

In Yin Yoga Level One, we find your edge, not your wall, because that's where your body begins to soften. We stop copying and start feeling. Sensation becomes information instead of something to push through.

You can hear yourself say it.

Thai Weave Level 1
A three-day immersion in leadership, Thai and technique.

Every bodywork training you’ve ever taken taught you what to do with your hands.

This one asks a different question: what happens in the room when you actually lead it?

Here’s what nobody tells you in CE culture: your client’s body starts reading you before you’ve touched them. Not your credentials. Not how many hours you’ve logged. You. How you carry yourself onto that mat. Whether you’re sure, or performing sure.

You can know the correct sequence for supine, prone, side-lying, and seated and still walk into a session unsure whether you’re allowed to lead it. That’s not a technique problem. That’s the actual thing keeping you where you are.

Thai Weave Level 1 isn’t a “learn one more modality” training. You’ll leave with a complete 90-minute full-body assisted stretch sequence: practitioner biomechanics, breath-led movement, fascia lines, range of motion, the real mechanics of changing the architecture inside a body, not just loosening what’s tight. But the sequence is the vehicle. The thing you’re actually here for is what happens to you when you stop asking the room’s permission to lead it.

You don’t need prior Thai massage experience for this. What you do need is practice leading a body, giving space for the body’s architecture to change through safety and trust.

This is for you if you’re a licensed massage therapist, bodywork or movement professional, whether you’re brand new to Thai Massage or years into practice and ready to stop performing competence and start owning it.
