I got a bit too much sun ☀️ yesterday at my girlfriend’s 👯♀️ pool 🏊♂️. Sometimes even being an esthetician we can give good advice but don’t always take it!! Where do we go from here??
1) I’m staying OUT of the sun today
2) I just took a cold 🥶 shower to help soothe the burn
3) When I did shower 🚿 I used no exfoliants face or body!
4) I’m not using any products face or body with active ingredients that may further irritate the skin. Think exfoliants via ingredients. Even vitamin C is a big no at the moment.
5) I’m utilizing LOTS & LOTS of aloe. I have aloe in the fridge at the moment. Both in a bottle and a real plant 🌱
We live and we learn and we ALL make skincare mistakes. Be kind to yourself, be kind to others & LOVE ❤️ the skin you are in!!!

Our mayor is amazing 🤩 we are big supporters of her here at the spa. Prior to being elected she was a regular client of the spa for facials. We haven’t seen her back yet since being elected as the first female mayor of Detroit but of course she is busy making Detroit a better place!!
I would like to give a BIG Detroit thank you 🙏 to for sending us these beautiful flowers. Tecnongly is awesome 👏 when it works and frustrating when it does not. As a small business owner wearing a lot of hats 🎩 I must admit that the swap has been more challenging than anticipated (not on behalf of mango mint it’s a me thing). We also appreciate the patience of all of our clients and wonderful Spa, sisters and team members. We are only missing the new booking link on our website but the change is coming SOON!! We appreciate everyone being understanding during this time!!
