This is an option o offer since most lives in placement looks good for about 9 months but refreshing the hair line can bring it back to life in between sessions ❤️

This one was a meet in the middle solution. We wanted low maintenance but some contrast and lighter but not blonde. Thanks to Redkens 10 min color I can do a traditional foil and then blend the grey coverage with permanent on towel dried hair and get amazing coverage and blend without needed multiple processes.

This is an example of what 90% of my clients typically come in with to a certain extent. Usually it’s unwanted warmth and wanting brunette dimension on a cooler scale and yes it’s usually achievable. This took every strand in foils with about 30% highlight and 70% lowlight then a tone and root melt to connect the dots.

Sweet Liv decided at our last appt to go dark auburn and then immediately regretted it so we did a quick little bump out on the dark red and brought her back to her beautiful copper. Of course I had to let her flex her nails bc she’s the best in the game and her own nails look perfect all the time.

In full transparency, this look took 2 sessions to achieve. Sometimes you just don’t hit the mark the first time. I looked at my afters and wasn’t happy with some uneven tones in the root so I called up my client and said that I simply couldn’t let her stay like that.
First appt I had done a heavy teasylight with a base bump and today I did a partial baby light with a root melt and finally got the look we wanted!
I’m so glad she trusted me to bring her back and get it right bc now I can sleep at night lol !! Anyways this big transformation is stunning and so worth every foil ❤️❤️

Off to high school means new hair for my baby. Taking these pictures def made me tear up why is she growing up so fast ?!!!!

Let’s talk about what goes into going from dark to blonde like this in one session. Over 120 foils and over 1000 grams of lightener, double and even triple applications of lightener per foil and checking every 20 minutes. This is an all day appointment typically and combination of 3 different foiling techniques and worth every bit of that to create the beautiful blends and tones 💋❤️❤️
