Two years ago, I took a chance on myself (freshly postpartum) and opened the doors to this little studio. This journey has been equal parts exciting and scary, but has been one of the most rewarding things I’ve ever done.

I knew I wanted to create a space where I could care for people, do work that I love, and build something of my own. And the best part will always be the people who walk through my door.

For that I am incredibly grateful. Grateful for every appointment booked, every referral and kind review, every conversation in this treatment room, and especially for the clients who continue to support this little dream of mine.

I owe you all a million thank you’s. This little business wouldn’t be here without you. Thank you for supporting me, and allowing me to keep doing what I love.

Chelsea’s treatments vary by the month based on her skins needs and her lifestyle, just like every client that lays on my treatment bed. But the most important part of her journey is the commitment, trust and consistency to finding her best skin.

you’re not living this life to constantly belittle yourself or become smaller to please others, don’t be ashamed to unapologetically be BOLD and be your TRUE SELF

BUSINESS SPOTLIGHT: After eight years in the aesthetics industry, Okaloosa County resident Kelsea Brown has opened her own studio in Destin following the birth of her daughter and years of experience at a local spa, bringing a holistic approach that takes into account the Florida lifestyle.

Brown, who has lived on the Emerald Coast since age 4 and graduated from South Walton High School, opened Aesthetics By Kelsea at 4507 Furling Lane, Suite 214, in Destin. The studio offers customized facial treatments, full body waxing and specialty services.

The studio also provides full body waxing services, including Brazilian and bikini waxing for women, eyebrow shaping, leg waxing and chest and back waxing for men. Brown additionally offers lash lifts and tinting as an alternative to lash extensions.

One of her specialty services uses Osmosis MD skincare products for nanoneedling collagen induction therapy, which she said targets fine lines, wrinkles, acne, scarring, texture and tone while being safe for all skin types.
