My baby is officially 18! Where has the time gone? It feels like just yesterday I was holding my little girl in my arms, and now I’m looking at a beautiful young woman stepping into adulthood. My heart is so full. God knew EXACTLY what He was doing when He blessed me to be your mother. Watching you grow has been such a beautiful journey. I’ve watched you learn, grow, overcome, find your own voice, and become the young woman you are today. And baby girl, I AM SO PROUD OF YOU! As you enter this new chapter of your life, my prayer is that you always keep God FIRST. Before every decision, every relationship, every opportunity, and every dream seek Him. Let God order your steps, protect your heart, give you wisdom, cover you, and guide you into the purpose He has for your life. I pray this 18th year brings you joy, wisdom, favor, protection, purpose, peace, abundance, and countless blessings. May God cover you everywhere your feet take you. May He surround you with genuine people, protect you from what you can’t see, and open doors that no man can shut. Happy Birthday, may the Lord continue to bless you to see many many more. Keep showing up, keep putting something on the board, and keep moving even when you can’t see the whole picture.

YESSS! PROMOTE YOURSELF! BE PROUD OF YOURSELF! CELEBRATE YOUR PROGRESS! Nobody is going to believe in your vision more than YOU should. Keep showing up, keep putting yourself out there, and KEEP GOING! You don’t need permission to shine. You don’t need validation to know you’re doing something great. Keep building, keep believing, and let the results speak for themselves!

Started with NOTHING but a vision…No blueprint. No guarantees. No shortcuts. Just a vision, a little faith, and the decision to keep going even when I couldn’t see how it was all going to come together. And LOOK AT GOD! What started as an idea became a plan. The plan became work. The work became progress. And the progress became proof that God was in it the whole time. There were slow days. Hard days. Days I questioned myself. Days I wanted to give up. But I kept showing up. I kept praying. I kept believing. I kept putting something on the board. What God gives you a vision for, He will give you the strength to walk through. You just have to trust the process and keep moving. I may not be where I’m going yet, but I’m damn sure not where I started. Started with nothing but a vision and by the grace of God, I’m watching that vision become REALITY.

Sometimes you don’t need more motivation, you need to get around people who are already doing what you’re trying to do.
