This is Daisy Hailey✨
At The Look Beauty Salon, I believe that great hair is more than just a service—it’s a confidence boost, a form of self-care, and a way to express who you are. From the moment you sit in my chair my goal is to make you feel comfortable, valued, and beautiful.
I graduated in 2023 from the North Country cosmetology program and am a licensed cosmetologist in the state of Vermont! Out of all the services in cosmetology I enjoy doing lived in blondes, base retouches, pedicures, and manicures.
I specialize in creating customized looks that fit your lifestyle, personality, and beauty goals. Whether you’re looking for a subtle refresh, a complete transformation, or simply a little time to relax and unwind, I’m here to make your vision come to life.
I take pride in providing a welcoming atmosphere where you can sit back, enjoy the experience, and leave feeling like the best version of yourself.

To all my wonderful clients, we have some catching up to do😉

As some of you may know Etche Hair Studio, LLC. has been bought by Alayni Miller and now has a new name called The Look Beauty Salon! I am so excited for this new chapter for both of my colleagues! With this being said I will still be working as a hair stylist on Saturdays like normal, at the same location as Etche Hair Studio but there will be a different name and a different owner.

I just wait to thank you so much for your continued support. As this business continues to grow and product costs increase, I’ll be increasing my pricing for some of my services starting June 6th, 2026. I’m so grateful for each and every one of you and appreciate your understanding and loyalty! 🤍

I will be posting an updated price list for you all in the salon and on this page so stay tuned!

A heartfelt announcement....

After almost 15 years as the salon owner of Etche Hair Studio.. the time has come for me to close this chapter of my life. The opportunity could not have been turned down, especially when my family needs me the most 🖤 With this comes the retirement of Etche Hair Studio. Thank you to my Family, wonderful clients and the renters that I've had the pleasure of working side by side with! You all have played a huge role in the studio's success!

This is not goodbye for me... I will continue serving my clients, just not as the owner! I am looking forward to seeing Alayni in her new role and seeing her bring her energy and fresh perspective! We still have some work to do and some changes to be made but the transition will take place in June! Stay tuned ✨
