I normally don’t like to share stuff like this I truly appreciate clients who value and respect my time. Recently, a client was unable to make their appointment and still sent payment in advance. To me, that’s more than a payment—it’s a reflection of character, respect, and accountability.
Life happens, and I completely understand that. What stands out is when people take responsibility and honor the time that was reserved for them. As a small business owner, that level of respect never goes unnoticed.
