Did you know store bought oatmeal cream pies have over 40 ingredients, and theyre 10$ a box in Hawaii (if youre able to find them) vs homemade ones are only 10-12 ingredients and ingredients you probs have at the house already🤷🏻♀️. So when my sister said she wanted some for her birthday i said BET and got to work👩🏻🍳. Happy Birthday Big Sister!
Read your nutrition tables! And be mindful of the things you put in your body! Even if you typecast this treat as unhealthy, at least you can pronounce the ingredients and know what they are! 😘

Present☝🏽😉
YO, i just got back from a weekend trip to Vegas and lemme tell you, i ate like i had the metabolism of a teenage boy that runs marathons every weekend… fyi, i dont have that type of metabolism😂 but hear me out, everyone is human and will have nutritional/workout slip ups ITS OKAY!! If you have a food binge session or a recovery day turns into a recovery week, that doesnt make you a failure that makes you human. The key is to get after it and clean up your act the following days and settle back into your consistency.
Also, theres so many other ways to hit that cardio. Instead of running your life away on a tready add some of these exercises into your workout to s pike that heart rate and torch some kcals😘
Family, deadlifts, and gambling ❤️😂

Thank you to the Empower team for inviting me to the amazing American Heart Association Ball this weekend. I havent gotten this dressed up since prom😂😂 had so fun with these lovely ladies!!!
So ive been plateaued at 219/220 for a PHAT MINUTE like a year type phat minute and even tho this isnt a big change this is still a small victory for me to see. And you need to celebrate every single one of your victories!!
Theres no magic pill or fad diet or voldemort avada kedavra spell type s**t to it. All it is hardwork, mental toughness, and kindness for yourself.
When youre trying to accomplish your goal, you have to always remember why you started in the first place.
Lets keep werking, fam👏🏽👏🏽

Ive been doing a lot of walking, meditating, and podcasts listening just to recenter and balance myself within this ball of chaos floating in the universe and today while journaling i heard this being said to me. Maybe it was my inner voice or spiritual guider but i want to thank it for the reminder! 🎁
And i want all of you to know that you all are gifts too and we should all practice being more present in our moments.
If nobody has told you today, you are loved!!
