Loosen Up

Start October right with some well deserved self care. ✨

We have openings tomorrow with Brenda and this weekend with Mason and Lisa.

Start the Fall season off right with a relaxing Swedish massage, a deep tissue massage for more relief from discomfort, or a corrective session to help ease chronic tension and pain.

Visit us online or call/text us to book your session ASAP. 🌙🍂

COME EXPERIENCE a 60 minutes · Intuitive Bodywork + Energy Work
This is more than a massage.

A deeply intuitive session where bodywork meets energy, allowing your body to guide the experience. Pressure may be deep or gentle. The work may feel like deep tissue, Swedish, or something entirely its own.

There is no agenda for what you should release.
Sometimes it’s tension. Sometimes it’s emotion. Sometimes it’s a story your body has been holding long after you were ready to put it down.
You don’t have to force anything. You simply have to allow.

I am not here to fix you or tell your body what it needs. I am the channel, creating space for you to listen inward—to soften, feel, release, and reconnect with yourself.

Your body already knows the way. This is simply a space to meet yourself there.

Buy now use it whenever!

September Surprise! ✨

From now until the end of the month, treat yourself (or someone else) to two 60-minute Swedish or deep tissue services for only $150 - usually valued at $200.

This special can be applied to any of the listed LMT’s books and can be split between two people! 🌸

Call or text 386.327.1000 to get on the books.
Contact us if you have any questions. 🌙

A Little Life Update, a Lot of Heart, and Your Loosen Up Team It’s been a little while since I’ve written here, and there’s so much I want to share with you.If you’ve ever been on my table, you know how much I care about what you’re carrying when you walk through our door. The tight shoulders, the tired body, the full mind. Sometimes you know exactly...

While I’m away, Kat is your girl and will be your main point of contact for anything you need at Loosen Up.

Brenda, Lisa & Mason are all available and taking appointments, so you’re still in very good hands.

Call or text Kat at 386-327-1000 for scheduling or questions.

I’m checking out for a few days and trusting my team to do what they do best.

See you Monday!

As we wrap up our 4th annual Back 2 School Supply Drive, I am completely blown away by how much Be the Change Project has grown these last couple of months alone, and it is entirely thanks to our incredible sponsors, local businesses, and community members who stepped up this year to support. 📈🩵 Seeing more partners get involved each season proves how powerful collective action really is, and your donations allowed us to equip more students than ever before with what they need. 🎒📚✏️📓

Thank you all for believing in our mission, running alongside us, and helping us level the playing field for the upcoming academic year! We absolutely could not do this work without your generosity. BE THE CHANGE 🫂🌎

Hello friends! 👋

Thanks so much to everyone who has contributed to our collection basket for Be The Change🩵🌎🫂’s school supply drive. 🎨

It’s still available and we’ve got plenty more room to add stationary for kids in need this upcoming school year.

So please, if it crosses your mind on your way to your massage - contributing just one notebook, a box of pencils or folder can go a long way.

We decided that we’d like make giving back to the community something that happens continuously here at Loosen Up, so our donation basket will live in the lobby and remain ready for your charitable contributions. Please chat with Kat at the front desk if you have any questions.

Our goal is to donate these items to the Beacon Center DV shelter in Daytona Beach, FL, as well as other local drives and programs.

(Toiletries, feminine products, baby items such as wipes, pacifiers, sippy cups, bottles, cleaning products i.e. toilet brushes and bowl cleaner, brooms, Fabuloso)

If you’re coordinating a charity event and would like us to collect on your behalf, or have a suggestion for a program we may not be aware of, please bring it to our attention!

We want to to participate in strengthening aid within our community.

Each massage client who contributes 3 items will receive $10 off their appointment for their donation.

Thank you for being a part of this journey with us and for helping us make contributions to help those in need.

Best wishes for you all. ✨🌼✨
