✨ A little update on where you can find me! ✨

After a season of change and trying to find where I truly belong, I’m so excited to share what’s next.

You can find me at Graceful Beauty Aesthetics in Findlay on Mondays, Wednesdays, and two Saturdays each month, where I’ll be offering massage services, including customized, prenatal, and oncology massage.

Beginning September 15, I’ll also be bringing Shining Light Esthetics back home to Continental at The Bobby Pin on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays! This location will be dedicated to customized facials and specialized oncology facials. 🤍

I’m incredibly grateful for both opportunities and especially excited to serve my hometown again. I truly feel like God has continued leading me back to the heart of why I began this work—to help people feel cared for, comfortable, and seen during difficult seasons.

As a licensed esthetician and massage therapist, this opportunity is so close to my heart. Some days it feels like I’m balancing it all with grace… other days, not so much. But what grounds me through it all is my faith.

Being a wife, mom, business owner, and therapist means I wear a lot of hats. There are busy seasons, tired moments, and times I wonder if I’m doing enough in any one area. But God gently reminds me that I’m not called to do it all perfectly—just faithfully.

My family is my heart. My work is my passion. And my faith is my foundation. I’m learning every day that I don’t have to have all the answers—I just have to keep showing up, trusting the process, and leaning on His grace.

One of the best things you can do for your skin and your overall wellness is to activate your parasympathetic nervous system — that “rest and digest” mode. This is where true healing happens.

• Take 5 deep belly breaths before bed

• Spend time in nature without your phone
• Try dry brushing to stimulate lymph flow
