Wispy and feathery sets both use varied lengths, but the spacing changes the effect. Wispy tends to cluster a few longer lashes for defined texture, while feathery spreads the variation more evenly for a softer blend.
Both are beautiful. It just depends on how obvious you want the texture to look.
