Most people know me as a MARTA bus operator.

What many people don’t know is that behind the uniform is a woman who lost over 100 pounds and continues to work every day to maintain a healthier lifestyle.

Working long hours, early mornings, and busy schedules can make it easy to put ourselves last.

I’ve learned that lasting results don’t come from being perfect.

They come from making small, consistent choices every day—even when life gets busy.

Some days that means choosing a healthier meal.
Some days it means taking a walk.
Some days it means simply refusing to quit.

That’s why I created the ShaBella Studio Healthy Lifestyle Accountability Program—to help others build healthy habits, stay encouraged, and remain accountable while living real life.
