NEW Mood Boost Session. It’s time to experience an uplift and stress reduction. I’m throwing all the tools I have to help engage your neurotransmitters and endorphins. Let’s naturally boost serotonin and dopamine and help balance cortisol, the stress hormone. Massage does this already, and I’m focusing this particular session to double down on it.
Includes essential oils, focused kneading, percussion techniques, rhythmic movement, scalp treatment and an invigorating treatment for your feet.
