For this patient, our goal was to create a more snatched, defined look through the lower face and jawline while also addressing skin laxity and texture through the neck.

We combined one Ultherapy PRIME treatment to the submental area + mini cheek with a series of neck microneedling treatments. Two different treatments, each chosen for a different reason, working together as part of one customized plan.

Ultherapy PRIME was used to target deeper tissue for lifting and tightening, while microneedling focused on supporting collagen and improving the appearance of the skin’s texture and firmness.

The result? A more refined lower-face contour and a smoother, firmer-looking neck—while still looking completely like her. 🖤
