937 Barbershop

Just an FYI from your favorite local barbershop… most barbers work Tuesday-Saturday. Sunday and Monday are our weekend too. 😂 If a barber gives up their day off to save the day, just know emergency appointments may come with emergency pricing.

We love y’all, but poor planning doesn’t automatically become your barber’s emergency. Get them haircuts booked ahead of time… or roll the dice at Great Clips and send little man to school with a fade that looks like it was explained over the phone. 😭😂

Anyway… hope everybody enjoys their well deserved day off today. Happy Labor Day! 🇺🇸

Alright, I’m done playing at the grocery store 😂 I’m trying to buy a WHOLE COW and fill the freezer the right way.

If you know a local farmer, butcher, or somebody around Dayton that sells whole beef and does it right, tag them or point me in the right direction. Looking for good quality meat, fair pricing, and somebody reputable. I’m ready to buy NOW.

I’m tired of buying 4 steaks and a pack of ground beef and somehow spending $100. 😂

THIS is what community looks like.

All these pictures and somehow they still don’t tell the whole story.

Yesterday was bigger than haircuts. It was barbers, cosmetologists, nail techs, businesses, organizations, school staff, volunteers and families all coming together with one goal show up for the kids.

Hundreds of haircuts. Hundreds of backpacks. School supplies, clothes, hygiene products, manicures, smiles, laughs and memories made all day long.

To every person who donated, volunteered, shared a post, helped organize, or simply showed up THANK YOU. None of this happens without all of us doing our part.

This is exactly why we started these 937 Barbershop givebacks. We’ve always wanted this place to stand for more than just cutting hair, we wanted to use what we’ve built to pour back into the same community that pours into us.

A DAY OF GIVING has officially come and gone, and what a day it was.

300+ kids served today. Haircuts, nail services, school supplies, clothing, hygiene items, and more but bigger than any number was seeing an entire community come together for our kids.

To every business, organization, school, volunteer, barber, cosmetologist, nail tech, donor and person who helped make today possible THANK YOU. This was never about one business or one group getting the credit. This was about what can happen when good people come together for the right reasons.

And to every family who trusted us and came through today, we appreciate you just as much.

A community showing up for a community. That’s what A Day of Giving is all about.
