I’m beyond grateful for the amazing team I have behind me—Brooklynn, Kacy, and Kelly—who each play such an important part in making 10 O’Clock feel like the little wellness family it has become. Knowing they’ll all still be there supporting the studio, each other, and my clients makes stepping away a whole lot easier.

And to my amazing clients—thank you for being just as excited as I am to welcome this sweet baby girl. Your love, support, and excitement throughout this pregnancy have meant more than you know.
