This Monday brings some fresh changes to our schedule! 🌿

Abigail Webster Yoga & Bodywork is taking over the 9am class, and some of our recent Yoga Teacher Training graduates now have their very own classes on the schedule! We are so proud of them 💛 A few of these classes will stay donation based for a little while longer, so come show them some love.

✨ Something new is moving into Uplifted... ✨

We are so excited to welcome Karin Pleasant to our community! Karin is a licensed mental health provider who specializes in dance and movement therapy, and her work is all about using movement as a way to process what we carry... in our minds, our hearts, and our bodies.

Her first offering with us is Walk This Way with Karin Pleasant 🚶‍♀️🎶

Together we’ll explore moving through different postures, speeds, and rhythms, and play with matching (or contrasting!) the tempos and beats of the music. Think electronica, dubstep, house, alternative, jazz, and world drum. No dance experience needed... just come as you are and let your body lead the way.

Today was the last day of Yoga Teacher Training for four of our Uplifted Instructors, myself included. It's been such an amazing experience and I am grateful to have made so many awesome connections within the class.
