Deia 2.0

Hello.. I have decided to retire my Deia 2.0 page and go back to the OG.. please come follow and encourage me at Adelia Ellen .. though I do love this page and it helped me through the h£ll that was 2025.. but I created Adelia Ellen back in 2019 and it was created out of my desire to become a healthier version of myself.. I am ready to find that person again.. Deia 2.0 is dear to me and I am grateful for it, but for me it’s a constant reminder of how much heartache and sadness I had to endure.. I am ready to thrive and not just survive.. thank you for helping me through my darkness..

Good morning.. well, heck it’s been a long minute.. I have dropped the ball on my healthy lifestyle routine.. Two months and oh boy lots of damage done.. So today I start back at one.. Lots of life events have happened over the past couple months, but that is for another day.. this morning is about starting to get moving again.. I think I am going to start off by do my eliptical for bit and go from there.. my belly looks like the Michelin Man.. I have lost all the muscle and progress I had made, but I am excited to get back to it.. here I go..
