It’s never too early to start prepping for my holiday events. This year LuluBee will be at two (yes two) holiday fairs. I’m returning to the Danvers YMCA‘s Holiday Fair on Saturday November 21st and making my first appearance at the Beverly High School Holiday Fair on Saturday November 14th. Just finished making my first batch of Citrus+Spice Stovetop Potpourri. Made from handpicked citrus (dehydrated by me)and the perfect combination of beautiful warming spices this is my nod to the beginning of Autumn.

I chose Salted Caramel Lip Balm as my brand new creation this season because hints of vanilla and caramel remind me of a fall latte. Made with five simple ingredients and zero preservatives, it's a bit of luxury without the luxury price tag.

My beeswax container candles and tealights are available in limited supply but a great option for anybody like myself with scent sensitivities, allergies, or asthma. The beeswax is local and has an intoxicating honey aroma.

Breathe Aromatherapy Inhaler is a travel ready diffuser great for allergy season, congestion, and colds. Peppermint and Spearmint essential oils are known for respiratory support while I've added some Spearmint to tame the medicinal notes Peppermint tends to be known for.

Do I use my own products? Absolutely. I am the creator, tester, my own biggest critic, and decider of which products get the green light. I know the term "wellness" gets thrown around often but honestly mental and emotional well-being impacts your physical health. Since August is National Wellness Month, the aromatherapist in me wants to talk aromatherapy to anybody that will listen(take a peek below).
Besides aromatherapy, taking a walk, lighting a beeswax candle, reading a book, binging a show, exercising, hanging out with my grandson (my personal favorite thing to do), cooking, or just sitting outside enjoying the sunshine on a beautiful day are the ways I try to balance the stress with the gratitude I have.
