Who wants to be Harley Quinn for Halloween?
We thought we would do a little flashback to the time Jenny McCarthy rocked this look on The Masked Singer.
Jenny’s hairdresser, Scott King, said “At first we were going to do one ponytail pink and the other red, but once I saw how easy and fast it was to create the pink ponytail we had to go all the way and do the other side blue”. Scott used Celeb Luxury Viral Colorwash in Pastel Pink with a touch of Viral Hot Pink and Viral Blue.
The best thing it is quick and easy and if you only want it to be temporary it will wash out in a few washes. Or keep using it to keep the color bright.
