Therapeutic Massage – A little more intense than a pure relaxation massage, similar to deep tissue massage with pressure and cross-fiber friction to release contracted muscles or tightness. Facial Massage – Cleanses, exfoliates and nourishes the face to promote clear, well-hydrated skin. Reflexology – Applies pressure to areas in the hands and feet called “reflex zones”, which can aid in reducing stress and promotes overall relaxation. Light Therapy – Photo-therapy or helio-therapy can expedite healing when it exposes specific areas of the skin to treat certain disorders. Special light-emitting diodes also emit full-spectrum light and deep, penetrating pulsating light to relax and relieve seasonal and non-seasonal mood disorders.
