This is a process! ( We talked and she knew this would be a process) She came to me looking like the first picture and had red dye in it and light ends with grey roots. We covered the grey and highlighted and she conditioned it for six weeks. She came back today, we did heavy blonde to take out more red/orange but also wanted to keep her hair in good shape with no breakage. The bottom two pictures are today l! She loved it. We still have some red in there but it is a process! ✨💇🪮💆♀️
