At some point, I stopped feeling guilty for protecting my energy. Not everyone will understand why you become quieter, more selective or less available and that’s okay. Growth often looks like stepping away from what drains you and making room for what helps you become a better version of yourself. These days, I’m more interested in building a life that feels calm, meaningful and aligned with who I am becoming.💚
