Please note: Our lab has not yet completed testing for the body washes in La Charmeuse, L’Océan Bleu, and La Fleur. Instead, you will receive one 16 oz bottle of Cashmere Heat Body Wash and one 16 oz bottle of Blanche 32 Body Wash.

You were originally promised four 8 oz body washes, totaling 32 oz. You will still receive the full 32 oz of body wash—only the fragrance assortment has changed.

This is the only change to the set. Everything else will remain exactly as promised.

If you are not comfortable with this change, please reach out before Wednesday and I will gladly assist you with canceling your order. Otherwise, your order will ship accordingly on Wednesday, IA. 🤍

Once we receive our serum shipment and complete the remaining orders from our discounted sets,

Derm-A-Fill and Collagen Stimulator will no longer be available at their current $65 pricing.

Beginning December 1st, both treatment serums will be $95 per bottle.

These are not basic hydrating serums. They are concentrated treatment serums and should be followed with a moisturizer. For the complete routine, I recommend pairing them with Crème No. 32.

The reality is that these formulas are extremely expensive and difficult for us to produce and restock. I’ve offered countless sets, promotions, and discounts over the year, but I can no longer continue pricing these products at a bare-minimum margin while absorbing the rising production costs and stress of keeping them available.

If someone chooses not to purchase them at the new price, I completely understand, and I’m okay with that. I would rather have no sales than make a bare-minimum profit while dealing with endless stress.

On September 4, we hand-delivered and scanned 45+ customer packages at the post office. Of those shipments, 11 packages are still showing as in transit, and the Postal Service has currently been unable to locate them within its network.

If you received this notice, checked your tracking, and your package has still not arrived — and you have not already spoken with me — please email [email protected] with your order number so I can begin the claim and investigation process for your shipment.

In many cases, delayed packages eventually reach the recipient, so I am hopeful these orders will still be delivered. I am also working with the Postal Service in hopes that any undeliverable packages will be returned to me so I can handle each affected order accordingly.

Please note: These packages were properly prepared, hand-delivered, and scanned into the Postal Service’s possession on September 4. This delay is not the result of a Z’NON | SKIN fulfillment error and is occurring within the postal system.

At the time orders were placed, we clearly noted that we were out of stock and that estimated delivery would be September–October, as we are waiting for products to arrive from production.

We are currently awaiting the Overnight Collagen Cream and shampoos. As soon as they arrive, remaining orders will be completed and shipped.
