Solitude Beauty & Wellness is an intimate spa and waxing boutique, with a focus on a integrative wholistic approach to skin and body care. With a total of over 18 years' experience and trainings in healthy skin and whole body wellness, you will surely find a service meant for you. How you feel matters just as much as how you look!
We carry so much in our feet — the standing, the walking, the holding it all together.
Foot reflexology is one of my favorite ways to help the whole body finally exhale. A little pressure in the right places, and you can feel the tension let go — not just in your feet, but everywhere.

That's why holistic skincare was never just about the surface, to me.
Real care means creating space for your whole body to exhale — because when it does, your skin has the chance to actually restore itself.
This is the philosophy behind every treatment at Solitude.

My morning ritual before every client.
People are curious why I talk about the nervous system so much when they come in for a facial.
It’s because, skin doesn’t live in isolation. It reflects stress, rest, breath, calm — the whole body. Holistic skincare, to me, has always meant whole-person care.
This is how I start each day — slow, present, intentional. So I can offer you that same stillness when you lay down in my facial room.
Even my coffee is chosen with intention. This cup is Utake Coffee, out of Nairobi, Kenya — founded by Mbula Musau, who has poured her heart into coffee roasting and barista training, even building a training center that has shaped award-winning baristas across East Africa. It found its way to Solitude through Dr. Tiffany D. Johnson James, a coffee researcher and curator right here in Atlanta.
I wanted to bring that same care into this space — so I’m now offering Utake to my clients here at Solitude. May it support your own moments of stillness, the way it supports mine.
