Trauma and repetitive use impacts your body, and it resides within the issue has been addressed and healed. Whether it’s: stress, physical pain from an injury, emotional trauma (car wrecks, fights, etc.), or PTSD it can stay in the mind and affect your body in a variety of ways. The goal is to provide strong medicine to effectively remedy your pain. Do your best to arrive on time: Sessions sometimes run over, so if you see the door locked give me a moment and we'll get you in.

3. Plan of action: I'll detail the areas we will address to remedy the symptoms and identify the sources of your issue. What to wear: clothing that allows access to your back / legs / pain area(s). MEN: shorts, tanks, tees. WOMEN: shirts, shorts, A-tanks, training tops. NOTES: Focus on your breathing when we start working. Use this common exercise: breathe in for four seconds, hold for four seconds, breathe out for four seconds. At the end of each session we can discuss additional movements / stretches / recommendations to help you recover quicker and feel your best.
