For anyone curious about the comparison, I made sure to take my measurements around the same time in my cycle a month before this so bloating wouldn’t throw off the numbers.

Exactly one month before this, on cycle day 16 (around ovulation), my upper waist was 27.5” and my lower waist was 33”.

Here I’m on cycle day 15, so basically the exact same point in my cycle as the last time I measured.

So while the inches themselves aren’t a huge difference (and honestly, I’m not trying to lose a ton of inches from my waist anyway), I feel like the biggest difference is what you can actually SEE. My stomach looks noticeably different—the tone, definition and overall shape have changed way more than the measurements show.

Just another reminder that progress doesn’t always show up as a dramatic number on the measuring tape.💃🏼🤗

It used to be really REALLY hard to record with my kids around, but now that they’re a little older, I love it!! They’re so cute and encouraging. The other day my three year old said, “It was so good Mommy, I’m so proud of you!” 🥹😂😭 I love them so much!! My adorable little helpers. 😍🤗

Both have their problems 🤷🏼‍♀️😂
