Broth for the full recipe & a link for clean premade broth if your feeling overwhelmed 😛

Please comment and share, these videos are great for education but they don't tend to get a lot of comments or views because they are longer but I feel like these steps are inportant to get good broth that's healing.

Please feel free to ask any questions below. I know this is loaded. I think it's so important to understand these biblical principals to protect yourself against Satans devices.

HVAC
For a list of things to ask and consider to avoid this mess!

This is how many people get horrible lung diseases and infections. If you have rodent droppings in your attic, mold or dust, you can get sick and have no idea why.

I had a total tox test done by Sinclair Kennally and that's how I found out it was from mold in my attic. I got an ERMI done after and it verified the results.
Yes, mold exists in Arizona!!

For real?! I'm pretty sure we all know. Does this mean we won't get gaslit by medical doctors now? Or they will start testing for it when we have symptoms?

What do you all think?

For the tools that are helping me so much.

There is so much you can do to feel better and your mindset is the first thing, second is movement, sweat, lymphatic drainage & histamine support.

Your toilet paper and paper towels may look harmless… but some conventional options can contain fragrance, dyes, bleaching byproducts, lotions, adhesives and other undisclosed processing chemicals that come into contact with your skin—and sometimes your food—every single day.

A published medical case report even highlighted toilet paper as a possible overlooked trigger for chronic vulvar irritation. Symptoms such as itching, burning and redness may sometimes be mistaken for yeast or bacterial infections, potentially leading to repeated treatments that never address the true irritant.

This does not mean every symptom is caused by toilet paper or that infections should be ignored. But when irritation keeps returning, it may be worth looking closely at the products touching the most sensitive areas of your body.

I look for options that are:

✨ Fragrance-free
✨ Dye-free
✨ Third party tested for PFAS and toxins
✨ Made without unnecessary additives
✨ Free of bleach, and formaldehyde
✨ Better for wiping food and kitchen surfaces

Sometimes the products we use the most deserve the closest look.

We spend all day—and all night—wrapped in fabrics, yet most people never read the fiber label or look for textile certifications.

Undergarments, clothing, pajamas, sheets and bedding can be treated with dyes, stain-resistant finishes and other chemicals. Depending on the product and how it was manufactured, textiles may contain substances such as PFAS, formaldehyde or heavy metals.

That does not mean every conventional item is toxic, but it does mean we should stop assuming that “soft,” “luxury,” “performance” or “wrinkle-resistant” automatically means safe.

Here’s how I shop smarter:

Check the actual fiber content first.
Prioritize natural fibers like organic cotton, linen, h**p, wool and silk.
Look for trusted certifications such as GOTS and OEKO-TEXÂŽ.
Be especially selective with underwear, pajamas and bedding because they stay against your skin for hours.

You do not need to replace everything overnight. Start with the items touching your body the longest and make better swaps as you can.
