These photos document the healing progression of a 95-year-old patient.

Three days before the “after” photo, DMK Beta Gel was introduced into the wound care routine, while KRX Hypochlorous Acid Spray had been used daily since the injury to help maintain a clean wound environment.

The goal wasn’t to accelerate healing, it was to support the skin’s natural healing process by keeping the wound clean, maintaining a healthy healing environment, and supporting the skin barrier.

At 95 years old, the skin is naturally more fragile and often heals more slowly, making gentle, supportive care especially important.
