The universe is taking care of my heart today.

I traveled to Dallas today for my first General Manager conference with Amazon. Something I have been working on for two years now. The sacrifices my family has made to get me here are immeasurable. Today, 9/19 is the first day of the conference.

I checked into the hotel and was assigned my room. I didn't even pay attention to the room number until I had to look at the key again once I was on my floor. My room number is 1112. That's my wedding anniversary.

I then get a message from my boss and he has something to review with me and to meet him downstairs of the hotel. He had my offer letter for my new role... Let's just say I CAN'T believe they offered me that!!!

You see... Today is one year to the date of my mom's passing and I have been dreading this day for months. I wasn't sure how I would make it through.

Today she was with me. She made sure that today I felt loved (my room number) and supported (my offer) and I know she is proud of me.

95% of people joining actually give up and quit within 10 years .. and I have nooo problem believing those statistics, because after a couple years in this business I have seen sooo many people quit! In the beginning I used to take it personally and felt that it was MY fault, but no no. The reasons why people quit are usually one of these reasons 👇🏻
1. They gave up because they «couldn’t get sales» or «couldn’t build a team». The truth is: they couldn’t stay consistent and treat this as an actual JOB. Effort = Results! You can’t expect people to always come to you without putting in daily effort!
2. They wouldn’t leave their comfort zone which makes it impossible to stand out and grow in this business. A comfort zone is a good place to be, but you don't see results there 😉
3. They didn’t fall in LOVE with the products! This is actually VERY important. If you don’t honestly LOVE & use the products daily then you will not be able to build a business "pretending* to. Find the right company with products you can’t shut up about 😂😍... Like me!! ( not sorry)
4. Became too impatient 😫 Very rarely do people achieve huge success within their first year in network marketing. This is a LONGTERM business and that means YOU have to be in it for the long hold! No one gets rich overnight just by «trying it out».. Treat it like something temporary and you will buid something temporary. Treat it like a business and you will build FREEDOM! 💎
5. They experience temporary struggle ( ex losing biz partners, smaller payouts) - which makes them doubt themselves and the business and instead of working harder, they give up on their dreams and quit 💔
These are the ones I’ve seen the most of, but there are more as well. The general reason why people «fail» is this: They can’t stay COMMITTED over a long period of time & they aren't willing to sacrifice 😣

There are good and bad days. Spending the day with this cutie filled my heart. She is incredible and touched me in a way I never imagined. I miss my own babies being this little. I miss seeing the wonderment in sweet little eyes.

And then... I reflect how now I get to enjoy all the wonderful stages again with her.
