Let's talk about it. 🩸
Many of us learned the basics of menstruation in school, but what about cycle phases, hormone changes, period pain, irregular periods, or when to seek medical help?

Menstrual health is about more than just getting a period. It’s about understanding your body, recognizing what’s normal for you, and having the knowledge to advocate for your health.

💬 What’s one thing you wish schools had taught you about menstrual health?

Share your answer in the comments; you might help someone learn something they never knew.

Today is not for overthinking everything that could go wrong; it’s for staying grounded in what’s actually here right now. Peace doesn’t come from having no problems, but from not letting them take over your whole day.

Wait… so the “period” you get on birth control isn’t actually a real menstrual period? 👀💊

Most hormonal birth control works by stopping ovulation. And without ovulation, there’s no true menstrual cycle happening. The bleeding many women experience during the last week of their pill pack happens during the placebo/sugar pill week and is called a withdrawal bleed. It’s your body reacting to the drop in synthetic hormones, not shedding the lining from a natural ovulation cycle.

A true period happens after ovulation as part of your body’s natural hormonal rhythm. That’s why many people are surprised to learn that the bleed on hormonal birth control is medically different from a regular period.

Learning how your hormones actually work can help you make more informed decisions about your health and your body.

Sometimes the best reset is as simple as reconnecting with the earth beneath you.

Grounding, also known as earthing, is the practice of physically connecting with the Earth by walking barefoot on grass, sand, or soil, or through calming grounding techniques like meditation. Taking a few moments to reconnect with nature can help reduce stress, improve sleep, boost your mood, and even support the body’s natural healing process.

In a world that moves so fast, grounding reminds us to slow down, breathe deeply, and come back to the present moment.

What’s your go-to evening self care? 🌙✨

For some, it’s a slow shower and skincare that feels like a reset. For others, it’s tea, a good show, soft lighting, and finally getting to breathe after a full day. Evening self care doesn’t have to be complicated, it’s just about finding small ways to come back to yourself and unwind in a way that feels good.

So tell us… what’s your ritual when the day is done?

We loved being a small part of something so meaningful! đź’•

Last month, we were honored to provide our Womb Bloom Samplers for attendees at the Love to Mama Workshop hosted at LaunchBox Co in Fort Worth. 🌸

This incredible weekend brought together new, expecting, and growing families for real education, heartfelt connection, and practical support through every stage of the parenthood journey. We're grateful our samplers could help make every guest feel a little more celebrated and cared for.

Thank you to everyone who made this beautiful event possible, and to all the amazing parents and parents-to-be, we're cheering you on every step of the way.
