A mirror. A return. A deeper truth.

4 = foundation.
1 = new beginning.

This year is asking me to build again—but differently. Stronger. Aligned.

Year 40 took me all the way through it—
losing my mother,
moving through Japan, France, Portugal, and Spain… honoring my ancestors every step of the way,
and traveling across NY, VA, Maryland, Alabama, GA, Texas, CA, AZ, NM, Massachusetts, SC, NC (and back to CA).

A journey back to self—through my lineage, before, during, and after losing my mama.

I learned real trust.
Not the cute kind—the kind you build when nothing feels certain.

I stopped running from grief.
I made it my teacher.

And from that?
I built my Inner Strength Training Werkbook.

Not theory. Not aesthetic.
Real tools from real life.

Thank you to everyone who supported me—
who bought the book,
who helped me revise, edit, and shape it,
who held me through this transition. This is ours.

I’m excited to see what God and my benevolent ancestors build with me this year—
what foundation they set,
what new beginning I’m bold enough to walk into.

41 isn’t about starting over.
It’s about moving differently.
