We wear PINK in honor of those affected by breast cancer. 🩷🩵
October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month, and this month, we’re honoring the survivors, those currently navigating treatment, those we’ve lost, and the loved ones walking alongside them.
At Essential Wellness, we believe caring for yourself can look different for everyone. Our VitaBed Red Light Therapy is one way to create a quiet moment to pause, relax, and care for your body. ✨
A reminder this month and always: take the time you need, listen to your body, and give yourself a little extra care.
Happy National Coffee Day from our neighbors at Nido! They help fuel your day & we help reset your day! Sounds like a pretty essential pairing to us. 😉🩵
