Culpeperyss

We love and see you Culpeper 🙂.
Happy Sunday to all of you.
Find what makes your heart happy and go do it.

Hey hey hey! We are apart of a co-op community now at Elevate on E. Davis Street. So thankful for this journey and everyone who has supported us. To our members who have stood by us in our transition and the community of Culpeper and the surrounding areas who have helped us transition and continue to thrive- THANK YOU!

Our mission at Elevate is to give the community an experience with each yoga, pilates, Pilates reformer and other modalities type activities and practices. We want you to feel comfortable and confident in who you are and to give you space to explore. We also have massage and meditation available.

Our instructors are busy not only at Elevate, but in the community and the surrounding areas. We will accommodate schedules for our clients and host classes, zoom classes, workshops and trainings as our platforms develop this fall.

The best is yet to come.

We moved into a co-op space! So excited about the endless possibilities for collaboration with the community and our partners.

The diversity allows us not only to do our traditional movement model of work, but to serve the community in other capacities.

Stay tuned for more 🙂

Come see us at Elevate- 107b E Davis St. in Culpeper VA.

Today is the day for Cohort 2 to test out for part one of two for their certification towards their yoga teacher training certification. These ladies have been dedicated through yoga teacher training, curriculum and rigorous studying for 7.5 months.

I am so proud of them. Here is to finishing strong.
