📚Last Thursday I had the opportunity to step out of the office to speak to students at NoVa Esthetics Training about the benefits of Reiki and sound healing. I love being able to help spread knowledge to others especially those furthering their education 📚

🗓 Mark your calendars!🗓

📢 Big announcement! Ashi Thai is officially added to the booking menu. Thank you so much everyone for your patience as I started learning and practicing my newest modality. For now Ashi Thai is offered as it's own separate service but I'm starting to come up with some ideas for a combo spa day incorporating that so be on the lookout for that coming soon! 📢

🎈August was a huge accomplishment for me as a business owner. Being an entrepreneur is truly the hardest and most rewarding thing I have accomplished for myself. It pushes me to grow, show up, have resilency, and simply do the damn thing. I am so blessed and grateful to be able to wakeup and have a career that I have built for myself that I enjoy. Thank you so much to all my clients that have shown up for me and allowed me to have the opportunity to build a career that I love. I truly couldn't do it without each and everyone. I am really excited for what the years to come bring. Here's to celebrating 3 years in business 🎈

Shout out to 📸 540 Photography for his creativity and artistic skills, thanks for making my celebration shoot come to life

Self care looks different each day, some days it's squeezing a quick midday workout in between clients and errands

✨️ Barefoot Deep Tissue Massage ✨️

This massage helps release deep tension from within. Barefoot massage does work deeper into the body than a traditional deep tissue, however since the massage is done via barefeet the body is able to adjust to the pressure typically more comfortably than a traditional deep tissue style. With this modality I use the bars over top the table to guide and support myself while working on the client, there are also times where I'll be working from the stool as well * Note there are additional contraindications for this style of massage which will be discussed during intake*
