This drill lets your shoulder explore all of its available motion while your body relaxes around it.
By gently hanging and allowing the shoulder to rotate naturally, you're helping:

Maintain healthy joint motion
β
Lubricate the joint
β
Improve shoulder awareness and control
β
Reduce stiffness from everyday life
Don't just strengthen your shoulders... teach them to move.
Make sure to keep the movement slow, controlled, and pain-free. If hanging isn't comfortable for you, start with less weight or work with a qualified professional.

Can we just do 4 hrs please? I just wanna stay here forever!
The biggest regret of most clients! Always book more time!
My trial run on my loving friends was a success! They said it was fairly easy but effective! A good beginner class (which is what i was aiming for).
This first class is all about the shoulders! Including stretching and strengthening of the upper body. We hit a little bit of the lower body in the warm up but this is mainly upper body/ shoulder focused.
This class will be held on Saturday mornings starting August 1st! If you are interested in attending, message me and I will put you on the schedule. Room is limited (as you see) so book in advance. I will attempt to record and post the full class for you to follow at home if you're unavailable to come in person. Hope to see you all there!
O.M.G! I think I have the first "yoga" class programmed! Going to run a trial run on my friends and submit them to the torture first before I unleash it on the My Oasis community! Wish them luck!
It FINALLY happened! New studio is officially mine and OPEN! So much room for activities (classes coming soon)! Spaces will be limited. I will try to record and start a YouTube channel with the classes also if you can't make it in person! Book your appointment today!
