From the flags outside to the hand-drawn flags on our mirrors, the red, white, and blue outfits, and even the Hershey Kisses and mints, we wanted every guest to walk into a little celebration today.

As a small business, we’re grateful to be part of this amazing community. And as an Army family, this milestone carries an extra special meaning.

127 days ago, I hugged my son goodbye.

I had no idea how much life could fit into 127 days.

Hundreds of miles walked.
Countless challenges.
Handwritten letters that became my lifeline.
Phone calls I replay over and over.

In 8 days, he’ll officially earn the title of U.S. Army Infantryman.

Every letter, every mile, every countdown has brought us to this moment.

Eight more days until I get to hug my soldier again. 💙🇺🇸🪖

…and I’m stuck in the back training my husband to do my roots. 😂
Then I have so many other things to do, My son facetime’s me with color on my head, got distracted by a hundred other things, and finally shampooed it out 3 hours later.
This is how salon owners actually get their hair done. ❤️
